Would it be cheaper to buy a classic car from Cuba or the USA?

In my history class, I learned that Cuba is a country with a lot of stuff still from the 50’s because the government wants to keep them that way. I live in Florida. Would it be cheaper to purchase a car here or from Cuba? Would our gas work on those cars? Would it be cheaper to purchase gas from Cuba? Please include the actual cost, taxes, shipping and any other fees that may apply. Would the shipping cost be cheap since it’s only 90 miles from Florida? Sources?
