Who was killed more in American history, black people or native americans?

Me and my boyfriend are having an argument. I believe that there were more indians actually killed in history, and he thinks it was black people. My argument is that more black people were kept alive because of their capability to work and endure harsh weather where as native americans weren’t used to such laborous work in hard weather. What are you views on the subject?

I wanted to say Native Americans by a A LONG SHOT, but then you have to put into consideration all of those blacks who died on the various voyages over here from Africa on those slave ships and all the ones who were hung or killed randomly here. I still think Natives though.

An ocean away blacks were rarely killed as forced laborers but the time was that natives died of diseases soo much more.
