Is today February 29 part of black history month?

Mah WHITE teacher today refused to keep doing black history month because he sed its always over on February 28th. I think thats racist cuz its still february. Would u agree??

    I don’t agree with your teacher. Black History Month is celebrated annually in the United States and Canada the entire month of February. It’s NOT just celebrated from Feb. 1 through the 28th.
