Why is there Black History Month and not White History Month?

I am NOT being rascist, I just have a few questions.

Why is there Black History Month and not White History Month?
Why are there Latino Markets and Asian Markets, but it’s not okay to have a Caucasian Market?
Why can blacks or middle easterners claim that people are being racist against them, but whites can’t claim the same thing?
Why is there BET (Black Entertainment Television), and channels speciafically for latinos like Tres Music Channel, but there’s not WET, (White Entertainment Television)?

Why did the USA get increasingly involved in Vietnam?

The situation is that I have a 1000 word History GCSE Coursework essay (first draft) due in tomorrow and very little background knowledge on the subject of Vietnam, seeing as our teacher has been in Russia lately (for some reason). I have a lot of documents that have information on it and a basic guideline for what the paragraphs should contain but it would take me ages to sift through it all to get the info I want and then apply it and type out the essay. Can somebody please help me on this?

These are the questions im confused about:
-The soviet union was to blame for the cold war. How far do you agree with this statement (7 marks). {its a two sided answer with four points to support both USA and The Soviet Union as the answer)
-why did tension between the soviet union increease after the potsdam conference? (7 marks).

So many of you are saying that USA citizens (from 1776 - 2006) number only at 300 Million??? I don’t think so, we’ve had so many more citizens who layed this peaceful foundation … Really you seriously think there is only 300 Million in the 230 years our country has evolved? Hmm. OK.
